Great place to buy running shoes. Very profesional with many years of experience.
The staff was very professional, helpful, and honest. I went in looking to buy a knee brace since I'm leaving to do a part of the Camino de Santiago, and they looked at my shoes, my gait, my ankles, knees, etc. and told me that since I pronate, a knee brace would not solve my problems, so they wouldn't sell me one for extra money. Any other place would have just tried to make the sale! I returned the next day with different shoes and they checked my footprint and sold me insoles and were very supportive about the Camino, offering advice and best wishes! Will definitely return for all my future sports needs.
WARNING Do NOT go here!! I bought some ASICS from here in May 2017 worth 200. The attendant was pleasant but I felt the shoes were a bit of a strange fit. I had had ASICS before and was happy with them but these felt too big in spite of being my size. The guy sold me some insoles also. They were 200 , he insisted they were perfect for the pain in my foot. I took them home and tried walking around the house. I decided they didn't feel right so I took them back the day after along with the insoles. His attitude changed completely. He was ride. He refused to give me back my money. He said they don't do refunds but he could change the size. I accepted even though I wasn't happy. He took the ASICS from me and I waited for him to call me to give me the smaller size. I waited SIX WEEKS. I was really annoyed so I went to the shop. He then told me that he STILL DIDN'T HAVE THEM. I ended up taking the originals even though they were the wrong size as NOTHING else in the shop fit me properly I needed some shoes to wear. Fast forward to October. I go to ASICS on called Alcalá. The trainers are hurting me and I want a pair like my first pair. The woman asks me how long I've had them. When I tell her 5 months she is really shocked. The model is 4 years old and worse than that they aren't for women they are for men. That's why they don't fit me properly. She told me that ASICS don't do business with Laister any more because the aren't a good company. She told me to email ASICS and they would reimburse me some money even though it wasn't their fault. She said the guy had sold me trainers that are incorrect for my feet and that the shoes aren't suitable for ANY INSOLES. So basically do NOT go here. They have a running machine to measure your foot and gait which makes it seem professional BUT IT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. I lost 400 and made my feet worse. please, Do not do the same.
