Didn't turn up at airport. When I called, I was put on hold and left there. I called back and the guy told me our booking wasn't on the system. As there were 5 of us including two children, there were no 7-seater cabs available outside the airport and it was late at night, we ended up getting 2 normal cabs at great expense. A few days later I got an email apology, an explanation that the person who entered our booking in to their system had put the wrong date, an offer of compensation and a free return transfer. I accepted the free return transfer via email as they had requested, and asked for confirmation. The confirmation never arrived and I didn't hear back from them! I have no idea if they actually sent the cab, as we booked via a different company in the end. I did miss a call that day which could have been them, but they'd had several days to confirm the booking prior to that. The orignal quote from QTC was 145 euros for transfers from and to the airport. Due to their incompetence our transfers ended up costing 300 euros.
