GCR Group develops and produces mineral masterbatches (calcium carbonate and talc) and industrial compounds for the plastic industry. Its latest-generation products have an extraordinary high-quality and are environmentally-efficient. GCR is structured in three divisions: - Granic®, the European leader with a significant international presence in the manufacture and development of a new generation of plastic concentrates (masterbatches) with mineral fillers (calcium carbonate and talc). - Ciclic®, the leading brand in West Europe in the manufacture of industrial polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) compounds. - Irtion®, the Group’s technology division. It is a test centre for the technological improvement and performance of plastics and additives. GCR Group operates in three main production centres: two centres at the corporate headquarters in La Bisbal del Penedès (Tarragona), a brand new, state-of-the-art plant, and the Barberà del Vallès (Barcelona) plant. GCR Group’s growth has been fuelled by its products, with the benefits and improvements they offer.
