Good service and good price we will comeback
Booked five days for meeting King patking at the airport. As we arrived they did not have anybody to collect us and we had to drive to their garage. They drove us to the airport afterwords... luckily we left home quite early. When we came back to València airport we had to wait almost half an hour for them to bring the car. It was in the late evening and we had not possibility to se the scratches on the car that had been done on the left front door.. Unluckily we discovered this next morning and we are of course very unhappy about this and the bad service that this company offered.. Never use them!!!
Muy buen servicio y comunicación con esta empresa incluso con cambios de horario en vuelos a última hora, a pesar de que era festivo, me recogieron en el aeropuerto a la hora acordada, muy recomendable.
Me rallaron el coche Revisar el coche antes de que lo entreguen. Lo dejan mal aparcado para que te vayas rápido y ellos se lavan las manos con los golpes y rallado.
Una profesionalidad espectacular, una puntualidad exquisita, una nave muy bien acondicionada para dejar el vehículo y toda clase de facilidades para el viajero. Especial comentario para Yosse (perdón sino escribo bien el nombre), fueron todo facilidades por su parte. El precio, estupendo... No se puede hablar mejor. Totalmente recomendable.
Le puntuó con 1 pero por que no me deja ponerle 0. En resumen una vergüenza y muy poco profesionales. Tenía la reserva realizada desde días antes, para guardar el coche a partir de las 5 de la mañana ya que mi vuelo salía de madrugada. ¿Cual fue mi sorpresa al llegar? Nadie contestaba al timbre ni a ninguno de los 2 teléfonos. Y allí estaba yo, a las 5 de la madrugada sin saber que hacer y ellos nada. Posteriormente ni se pusieron en contacto conmigo para pedir disculpas o echando en falta la reserva realizada. Suerte que no realicé el pago por Internet. Sinvergüenzas.
