Estepona, Spain
Calle Kai Alde,

An old set of blocks. The individual flats very a lot, some have been nicely modernised. Parking can be tricky. Best the marine and beach, and has a good sized pool. Andalusia regulations say pools of 200 sq metres or more must have a lifeguard when open for swimming. I do wonder about this one...

Great location love it here.
Great holiday aptns close to port and popular beach
I have known Kai Alde for 53 years. I learned to swim and dive there, so has my son. They're one of the oldest set of apartments and, to be fair a little shabby. Miguel, ( 2nd generation of the family) tends the pool and gardens with love. The flats themselves vary from the love shown them, but space is never an issue, same for the pool and gardens, has to be the biggest private pool on that part of the coast. So convenient for the port, across the road and the town, 7 to 10 minutes walk. There is a supersol and a pharmacy next door but one, nearest ATM across the road. Christos beach ( see my review) 5 to 10 minutes walk, Estepona beach about the same. The port across the road has a variety of eateries to suit all tastes. Step into the back streets of the town and your in real Andalusia
Stunning views from Club Belgravia
