I would not recommend this jet ski renting place to anyone outside of spain to come to here. It is very weird how they treat the tourists here yet it is a tourist attraction. We were treated with huge disrespect and the staff talked to us like we were dogs, at the end the manager wanted to calm down his staff which worked our but even the manager did not care about our issue so he was no help also. We had to wait 1hr and 45minutes to get our jetskis after we paid for it, we were offered a discount on the parasailing due to the long wait and we also took it for the time to go, however after the 20 minutes of parasailing it still took 1hr and 30 minutes due to the lack of management and organisation which the dont have at all. They also have illegal jet ski’s since every 1 hour more or less everybody has to stop driving when the police boats appear on sea which is a very strange thing and I never experienced anywhere else. The jet ski’s are not the same, there is a big difference between the motors and when you complain about it they do not to seem to care at all what you say or they act like they dont even understand you, extremely disrespectful and they at the end want to also try to take my deposit which thankfully they did returned after I have to threaten that I would Call the police. I requested to return my money since was not even on the water for 10 minutes whilst I paid for 20 Minutes. Once again, DO NOT COME HERE! Unless you want to have a bad experience and get ripped off. I would not believe all the 5 star ratings which surely is fake because they dont deserve it all!

I've never done any of those things before but in the end I did both the beginner wakeboarding and the paragliding and it was great! The instructors explain everything nicely (also in English) and make sure you don't have to worry and just have fun and enjoy the amazing view of the Barcelona water front :) You can also do the paragliding as a couple, that's certainly something I'll come back for!

My experience with JetScoot was amazing! It was totally worth it for the summer days. The staff was very polite and specially Tomas in the reception, he was very friendly. 100% recommended if you’re looking for some fun in the water!

Hi everyone! I can only strongly recommend the JetScoot rental! We went there as a group of 5 people and we had so much fun! The service was awesome and the jetskis really fast (68kmh). Especially having Jaime driving in front of the group with a speed boat made the entire situation even more fun and secure! 5 Stars from my side!
