One of the most prestigious equestrian art institutions in the world (Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre). We could not miss this! The dancing Andalusian horse show is truly incredible. We purchased tickets at the door, although I would recommend to come early and walk around the beautiful grounds. No cameras were allowed during the show, but it was a nice departure from having audiences glued to their phones. The horses are magnificent, beautifully braided with some the color of an oil-slicked rainbow. The horsemanship is taken very seriously, steeped in tradition and pride. Definitely check this out if you find yourself in Jerez!

Horse show was amazing - i'd highly recommend it. I've been before, but missed out on this so I visited again. They are really doing their best in the current climate (written in July 2020) . The horse museum was closed but i've been around it before. Its well worth a trip to see this. The museum on equestrian history is open. Again It is well worth a trip to see.

Spectacular show! We were so amazed. We paid a bit extra for a combination ticket and front row seats. I think the show would be great from any seat, but it was cool to be so close up. No photos allowed during the show. Arrive early so you have plenty of time to explore the grounds and museum!

The horse-show is great, but it‘s forbidden to take pictures and the guards really spend a lot of energy to monitor their guests and stop them from taking fotos. Seems like someone doesn’t understand contemporary medias, in which social medias are free commercials for what ever place they are communicating about and prefers to earn a few cents more by selling postcards...
