Went in for a procedure, they are the best in helping and best care . Helpful even though I needed a translator. Highly recommended for four the best care. Beautiful people, beautiful hearts. Thank you again.

When your little ones get sick in a foreign land where you could barely speak the language, it is comforting to know that a place like this private hospital has got you covered. Been here twice and the receptionists did their best to speak some English and speak slow enough to understand their Spanish. One pediatrician spoke some English while the other who did not (on a separate visit) patiently explained things simply and slowly to ensure that we communicated successfully. Playground: not applicable. There was a separate waiting room for children with T.V. and some toys that kept our little ones preoccupied during the 30-minute wait. There is a playground a block northeast of the hospital (Parque de la Igualidad). Accessibility: about 2 km (8 minutes) drive from Plaza San Miguel. Street parking is limited. Paid parking is available. Too far to walk (1.7 km or about 20 minutes… longer with kids!). Bus number: needs to be added. Services/bathroom: not observed. Foreign-friendliness: no problem. Food: do not know if available. Others: With an insurance card, there was no need for cash for the copay. Also, when we got to the hospital before 0900, there was little time to wait. The second visit, arriving past 10 a.m., necessitated a 30-minute wait. For Improvement: make the toys and the waiting room a little cleaner. Make hand-sanitizers available. Timeframe of visit: July, October We (free electrons family) generally review places from a foreign-family perspective. We have small children and our ability to communicate in the local language (Spanish) is limited.

Llegar a la consulta 12, y ver que la doctora que hay dentro no está usando el sistema de turnos que tienen. Preguntar a la gente que está en la puerta (demasiada) que quién es el siguiente en entrar y te dicen que en de las 18.30... más de una hora de retraso. Increíble. No es la primera vez que me pasa que los médicos no usan en sistema de turnos. No se para que está, con lo cómodo que es.
