I had a very positive & pleasant experience at IVI Bilbao, which I definitively recommend. The facility is modern, state of the art, with latest technology available. I found all the staff very friendly and approachable, and the doctors very professional & knowledgeable in the field. A special BIG THANKS to Doctor Carmen Fernandez Delgado in which I had full trust and felt safe all along the process. She is a great person, very professional, fully dedicated and committed with a great empathy and caring. She has always been extremely attentive, supportive, reassuring & patient in helping me overcome any hurdles I’ve encountered, always available to listen, answer and clarify my doubts or questions. She was always fully transparent and honest with me, looking for and offering the best personalized treatment and options adapted to my situation to achieve a successful outcome. Without her support, caring and encouragement, I would have most probably thrown in the towel. I’m so glad I had her by my side, especially going through such a physical, stressful and emotional process. Once piece of advice I could recommend to IVI, would be to improve the communication and coordination made by the international patient coordination team (understaffed?) during the treatment, which could have avoided few hiccups and unnecessary stress. Today, I am almost 5 months pregnant and so happy it finally worked. Thanks to everyone at IVI Bilbao (doctors, coordination team, biologists, nurses, psychologist,..), and especially to Dr Carmen Fernandez- I’ll be eternally grateful to her and IVI in helping me achieving my dream, soon to become reality.

We had a positive experience at IVI Bilbao (with good support from the nurses and coordinator in London). Both Dr Marcos and Rosa made the whole process very smooth. They were responsive and pleasant to deal with, and always made themselves available for queries. Customer service is excellent and much better than our experience with other London clinics. We are writing this with our baby daughter so all in all are very happy!

It has been an agonic and expensive journey that has left us humiliated and frustrated after various cycles of egg donation. We have never received the clear information nor the support and attention they once promised. We are devastated... I am sure there are lots of couples out there massively disappointed with the customer service received and lack of transparency from IVI Bilbao. You might not bother after such traumatic experience, but we should all warn other people about the nasty reallity in there.
