Took more than a month to get an appointment. We waited for the supposed phone-call, which never materialised, and had to go back in person to ask when was our appointment. Once we finally had one, the actual ITV test is straightforward. Having said that, the mechanic forgot a bunch of papers in the car and we had to drive back to their centre to return them. It's a mandatory annual nuisance, which is not helped by the lackadaisical service.
