Made an online booking today for a same day ITV. On arrival 30 minutes early I was asked if I would like a coffee or a cold drink Reception was very good and easy even though my Spanish is very limited. I drove round to my lane where another engineer took my keys and did all the checks while I was in the waiting room. All was completed by the time my appointment was actually due. Very happy with the service from start to finish.

Great service and a good test, also complimentary drinks on offer. I travel 80 kms for my ITV tests as I think great service should be rewarded with loyalty.

My lack of Spanish was treated very kindly. The staff were fantastic explaining and processing the paperwork for re-matriculation. The polite and smiling desk staff were matched by the helpful and efficient lane inspectors. A superbly run establishment. I had tried to ITV at Cartagena, but office staff refused to try to help even though all paperwork was correct.
