They are very professional and they have made some changes to speed the process up. After you leave the documents at the till and pay, you don't have to go in anymore, there is a lane for appointments, the fumes test is done at the beginning in the same place and than at the end of the test if you passed, they will give you the paperwork back on the spot. Book an appointment before you go and you will be in and out in no time.

Extremly long waiting time even with previous appointment, however service was very good, kind and helpfull and the guy was speaking English as well.
