Horrible company who takes no responsibility for the messup they and/or their partners cause. They advertise fast ferry and use agencies to sell tickets pretty aggressively and then while their hands on any responsibility. Plus a people at the counter are barely civil. Really horrible experience that caused at least 4hour delay in my journey.
If you want to enjoy your trip you should never take this ferry. FRS is the only way to go.

Lorte rederi. Skulle sejle med dem fra Tanger Med til Algacias og lige pludselig kunne båden ikke sejle. Vi fik intet at vide og folk stimlede sammen nede på broklappen. Der opstod en masse tumult og råben og skrigen. Hold kæft en cirkus. Færgen havde heller ikke byt penge i kiosken og der var møg beskidt over alt og maden virkelig elendig. Sin ningún aviso hemos llegado al puerto de Algeciras y nos informan en el puerto que llevan varios días sin salir por temas técnicos....., sin avisarnos de nada. Tenemos que ir a Tarifa y coger allí el rápido. Pésima atención al público, no nos ha llegado ni un email. A nosotros no nos afecta el cambio, pero en vez de llevar a Tánger Med, llegaremos a Tánger Villa.
