Terrible service. No professional people. They never call back to customer's and when i ask why, they get very rude. It is not worthy. They are the kind of people believing they can earn 20.000 euros just to open the door of a flat and explain where is the bathroom. I have my own real state agent and i pick him when i have to buy a property. I will never be confident with a seller saying stupid things while showing a flat.

Teníamos una visita de un piso hoy a las 9:15 y la chica no se ha presentado. Nos dijo que nos estaban haciendo un favor porque el sábado cierran, y estábamos muy agradecidos...hasta que después de esperar 20min no se ha presentado nadie. Hemos llamado, hemos escrito por WhatsApp.. y nada. Impresentables. Nos añadimos a la lista de gente que duda de la existencia de los pisos que ofertan.
Muy profesionales y cercanos. Me ayudaron con todos los trámites necesarios para poder formalizar la compra del piso que adquirí.
Encore une agence non professionnelle à Barcelone : j'ai appelé et suis venu deux fois dans cette agence pour visiter des appartements : jamais de rappel. Ils prennent vos coordonnées, simplement et ne vous rappellent jamais. A éviter. A se demander si leurs annonces sont bien réelles !!

The most horrible experience of searching an apartment. When I came there, a real estate agent told me that he had seen my face in an office of another agency so he thought Im an agent too and he wont show me the apartment (of course he could saw me there because Im searching for an apartment everywhere). I heard the same thing when I called their office. Nobody even tried to say sorry. Never call thençm. otherwise they could also tell you that they dont like your face! ------ La peor experiencia de buscar un piso. Cuando llegué allí para ver el piso, un agente de inmobiliaria me dijo que había visto mi cara en una oficina de otra agencia y que él pensaba que yo soy un agente y él no me va a mostrar el apartamento (por supuesto podía verme vio allí porque estoy buscando un apartamento en todas partes). Escuché lo mismo cuando llamé a su oficina. Nadie me pidió perdon o algo asi. Nunca llamas a ellos, también te pueden decir que no les gusta tu cara!!
