My partner and I Just been there and walked out with our new skates and a big smile. Super friendly helpful Staff, greatest service (Thanks Toni! You're a legend). The safety protocol for Covid was accurate and made us feel very safe and looked after.

Superb shop! Very helpful staff, helped me to choose a new pair of skates - have been out of the loop for a few years... They have an outlet section to the store where you can get a bargain if you can find anything in your size. Pro tip: try in store, then buy online and collect in store - they have a free coupon promotion at the moment and often do discount codes that don't apply in store. Happy skating!

Second time in this shop. Very nice & friendly place and beautifully decorated, near the BCN harbour area. Good stuff if interested in longboards, freestyle scooters and street roller/inline skating. Wide range of items. Good advice, very well taken care of. We'll come back.

They really need to update the skates and stop lying to people about whats good or not. Hopefully Bcn will have a better and updated roller skate shop soon! We can't rely just on this one! Germany, France and UK have better online shops than Inercia.

The lady was completely not commercial and poor communication skills. Not talking about the other staffs who went running to lunch while we were waiting in front of the entrance for an hour with concrete intent to buy at least 2 pairs of rollerblades. They closed the shutters without a word in our face. Maybe good inventory (seen from outside) but poor marketing skills
