Click and collect was easy, but would prefer the ease of home delivery.. However.. delivery prices to home are way too high. The last time we ordered a sofa (to the 7th floor) the delivery men refused to take it to our front door and would only help us put the sofa into the lift after pleading with them to do so. We then had to struggle the rest of the way. This is not right when you're paying 30 minimum - we complained to IKEA but never received a reply.
