Nautica Ereso is a multi-generation family-run business that gave me enormous help navigating Ibiza's complex and opaque boating scene. Among old Ibiza families (their ancestors founded the yacht club), these are surely among the nicest folks on the island. They were incredibly helpful answering my initial questions when I was looking to buy a boat - even though I might not have appeared at first to be a serious buyer. When I bought a used boat from someone else, they remained always available to answer my (countless and perhaps occasionally annoying!) questions, and eventually helped me find a berth on the island and outfit the boat. When it turned out we had to leave Ibiza, they took care of it for me. They hauled it, stored it, re-painted it and serviced the engine, delivering high-quality work at a fair price even though no one was looking over their shoulder - and eventually sold it for me. That kind of long-term thinking as a way of doing business - take care of people, make friends with newcomers to your community, be nice to everyone, and business will hopefully come your way - is appallingly rare in this part of the world. That the family behind Nautica Ereso treated me with such kindness was surely a highlight of my experience in Ibiza. I'm grateful for their generous help, their terrific service and their friendship.

Vivo en el norte de la isla y tengo muchos amigos internacionales que viven aquí en el municipio de San Juan a los que les he recomendado esta tienda técnica.
