First rent almost got me killed when they gave me a scooter (honda 110cc) with only 0,28 bar air in the front wheel, which equals 12% of 2,2 bar, which is the amount of air that should be in the Wheel. I measured this at the gas station. When I told the company of their mistake, they didn’t even apologize. It is shocking how careless these people treated my health. This company should not be in business. Stay save.

Poor customer service and rips off customers. They're only bothered about taking your money. Would not recommend at all
Avoid at all costs! I rented a scooter and did some artificial damage during a slight collision - the wing mirror came off and the plastic bucket at the back. The company said they would get a mechanic to look at the bike and come back to me with a quote, which I was happy with. When they came back with the quote, it was 450. When I asked them to explain how they came to that number, they couldn't. Conveniently, the excess for the bike was 450 through the insurance, but the company said the damages were 450 and not the excess. By doing this, essentially they are squeezing the most amount of money they can out of you without having to involve the insurance. When asking about the figure they came up with (seemingly out of thin air), they said was that this was the number and this is what we must way. I asked for a report from the mechanic and a bill and they said it was impossible to get this to me until I had paid, so obviously I couldn't see what I was paying for. Reasonably, I said I wouldn't pay until I had seen the mechanics report and the invoice. When I said this they started getting really nasty and threatening me. I ended up paying due to being threatened and I am still yet to receive the mechanic report and the bill. I would strongly advise anyone considering rental in Ibiza to avoid this company, there's only one word for them and that is scammers.
Whatever you do do NOT touch this company. When returning a bike with minor damages they inflate the cost and demand you pay it without seeing any proof of the costs. No mechanics report, no invoice - just their word that you owe them a particular amount. Made up damages that weren't there but refused to show us the bike as it was with the mechanic. Threatened us if we did not pay. Absolute serial scammers, I don't know how they are allowed to operate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
ATTENTION! sue them to get compensation and close them! Would give 0 starts but unfortunately have to give one. This is the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. On Monday I made a reservation for a car on Thursday. The confirmation was confirmed by whatsapp. On Wednesday evening I received a message that no car would be available. No further explinations. On Wednesday when called they said they had too many reservations and I could do what ever I want as they had not signed anything. That guy is even that unpforessional that he aparently does not know that even a verbal confirmation or whatsapp confirmation is a valid confirmation. Gonna report them at Ajuntament d'Eivissa and gonna sue them at the local cort for compensation. I recommend you all to do the same as according to other reviews it seems to be their common business policy.
Great experience renting a car, very fast registration
I was a bit afraid because of all the reviews that I read here, especially those who mentioned that the deposit is not being refunded. I didnt have any problem. The price was good, and they didnt care about me returning the car without washing. I got back the deposit 2 days after refunding (debit card).
Needed a car for one day. They gave me an automatic car that stalled!!!! It smelled like mildew. None of the buttons worked or the usb which i specifically asked about prior to renting the car. Then when I was returning the car I was talking to another customer that was renting a car and told them not to take the car I had because it had a lot of problems. The employee there told me to shut up and not to speak to other customers about their cars. Very inappropriate and not professional. His manager was sitting next to him and didn’t tell him anything about speaking to me like that. The manager apologized on his behalf in front of him and he was still mouthing off.
