Maybe we were just unlucky but the car we purchased broke down after 6 weeks and needed a new engine. No courtesy car so a lot of expense. We could actually have bought a brand new vehicle for what we paid out. No car for 3 months totally unacceptable and never an apology.

Want to buy a 100K car here and am on the waiting list, want to get my current car (3 years old) repaired here and get offered a loan for 30 euro per day, rather than replacement car as a service like any other decent car garage does. I cancelled my plans of buying a new car here, never heard of such a ludicrous service and never been to any garage in the past 30 years that tried to charge money for a loan during repairs. On top, the garage refuses to contact the other Peugeot garage in Alicante that fixed the same problem before (which took them 3 weeks for a simple problem, as it was hard to find). They rather spend another 3 weeks again then asking a college of another location what the exact problem was. Am I crazy or....? No maybe I better spend 1000 euro on a cheap replacement car from them while they slowly find the same problem again, and then come back nicely to also buy a new 100K car from these friendly people? I'll take my business elsewhere and would advise anyone else reading this to do the same. @Ibericar, if you would like to apologize for this incompetence and get your buyer and good customer back, feel free to contact me... And i'll reconsider this review as well.

We were very disappointed that our phone calls were not returned. Our car was with them for two weeks and unfortunately very little information was shared.
