I’ve been trying to test drive an electric car for literally a year and every time I go there to check, they have nothing. Who’s gonna spend 40k euro blindly without a test drive?

Just a cardealer like many others, but in a negative way. Send them an email to make an appointment for a test drive, wanted to buy a new car, but after 14 days still no answer. Doesn't look like good customer service. After having this experience I still went there to get more information about the car. The salesman than made me an offer, which wasn't that good. Because I wanted to buy the new model, and it wasn't available in the showroom yet, I asked the salesman to call me or send me an email as soon as the new model arrived, and he assured me that he would. According to him this would probably take a week or so before the new model to arrive. Again never heard anything from them. They probably don't care about customers, even if they want to spend almost 40.000.

The best garage I have been to. Short story is My car had petrol put in the engine by a bp pump attendant even though I asked for diesel. I never knew and drove the car. And the engine broke. Hyundai in fuengirola. We're terrible and unhelpful. Gibralfaro are the best. All the staff were helpful. And eager to help. I was kept informed with the progress of my car with photos sent regularly. It's first class service.
Comerciales incompetentes por lo menos dos de ellos que no voy a decir sus nombres por educación, hable por teléfono con uno de ellos que me facilitó su móvil para mandarle fotos del vehículo y quedamos que me llamaría para darme la tasación de mi coche, a la semana viendo que no me decia nada y despues de varías llamadas las cuáles no me cogió el móvil decidí llamar directamente al teléfono del concesionario y me atendió otro comercial el cual escuchó lo que le dije, pero hizo caso omiso a día de hoy todavía estoy esperando que me llamen, se ve que van sobrados de ventas pues una venta que han perdido pues me he comprado el coche en otro concesionario. No recomiendo éste concesionario.
