These guys were great, our hot tub arrived on time, was installed and sorted without any problems, they even arranged to close the road to unload with the crane AMAZING !! Since then we have had no problem with the spa and the guys have called in to see us as they were passing just to check we were happy, WE ARE VERY HAPPY !!! We love our spa, its FABULOUS, its so much better than the Chinese one we had before and with the 5 year guarentee we can relax and just enjoy it. 100% RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT , THE COMPANY AND THESE GUYS Martin & Jill
After having thought about the possibility of buying a sauna for our finca for many years, we spontaneously decided – through the recommendation of friends and after a visit of the stores in our German home-city as well as in Mallorca - to buy a HotSpring Portable Spa. And that idea was worth gold! Already the first consultation in the ALPHA POOLS and SPAS showrooms in ALCUDIA was so nice, serious and convincing that we decided – without enquiring at any other Jacuzzi-traders and without hesitation – to purchase the family-friendly model TRIUMPH from you. Within only a few days David and Martin had our new whirlpool be delivered from Belgium to Mallorca. In the meantime they answered all our questions regarding the setting up and installation, so we were able to prepare well for the arrival of it at our finca. Even though the final set-up of our hot pool - with a huge crane - was quite complicated, you handled it together with the driver with great care, skill and calmness. Martin introduced us thoroughly to the handling and care of the pool and made us practice it together for a few times. Now the whirlpool is standing in wonderful nature underneath some huge Mediterranean trees with a fantastic view of the wonderful Mallorquin mountain range. We have now various times enjoyed our new pool at early sunrise, sunset and under blinking stars as well as with a full moon. Every time it has been sheer relaxation of the soul and the entire body… particularly after long working hours in the fields during the day. Thanks to you both, David and Martin for your commitment and for your taking care of us so far! You are really having a great impact on our clearly increased well-being. En su pagina web dicen que reparan todas las marcas de spa: pues bien, la verdad es que en mi caso ni tan solo han venido para ver que problemas tenia. Me han dicho que les mande una foto, y al ver que no era de su marca, me dicen que no pueden hacer nada!!! Muy poco profesional , a mi modo de ver!!!
