Excellent hotel with really professional, friendly, welcoming staff, this was my first time here and will use it again. Bar prices were very good was surprised that a pint of Estrella was only 3 Euro. Car park is 14 Euro per night and conveniently immediately below the hotel, there is a lift next to reception Just for the garage. The restaurant is directly behind the bar and I enjoyed a steak meal when it opened at 7:30. Room was a good size and first time I have had a bath and a shower cubicle in the same hotel bathroom, good quality large bath towels, the extractor fans were not working so steamed up but no issue. TV is about 65 inch but channels were limited.

The room is very spacious, has a big tv and so is the bathroom. Unfortunately it also has many problems. Dirt on the floor, 2 cigarette burns in the carpet, crumbs on the sofa, small holes in the curtains, blood or sauce on the wall ( see pic outlets ), old bed that makes a lot of noise when you move and feels very cheap. Also few holes in the wall from redecorating I guess. Can't comment on service but staff was ok. Location is good though, not too far from metro. Not what I imagined for a 4 star hotel to be honest.
Hotel outside of the town mostly for businesses or conventions with fab outside pool and very nice breakfast. Receptionist F...forgot her name sorry was great and welcoming and also lady at the breakfast. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.
Excellent hotel with the best staff. We were in the hassle of having to leave Spain fast due to covid and Roberto (manager) and his staff couldn't have done more for us. Our room was large and very comfortable and lockdown for a few days there was made as good as it could be considering the circumstances. We would recommend this hotel highly and will definitely return when life returns to normal (or close to normal!) Thank you Roberto and team - we will always be grateful to you.
