3 of us were moved to here because of covid 19. Lots of other guests said the same. We had full board and the food was plentiful but almost always cold. I recommend if you stay here always use the side chefs that cook your food whilst you wait, then it will be hot. The biggest complaint we heard from families was the hotel didn't cater for children and it was hard to keep them amused, apart from the freezing cold pool. No tea or coffee making equipment in the rooms and apart from breakfast, tea coffee and orange juice availble. You couldn't take water into the dining room, you had to pay for bottled water to make tea or coffee using a microwave. On the whole the staff were mainly friendly polite and helpful. Especially the ladies that cleaned the rooms, fresh bedding and towels was no problem. Lastly one family had a bag stolen with money and passports etc, the management and reception staff did not help and wouldn't call in the police. The family had to call the police themselves, so if you stay use the free safe provided in the room. We won't be using this hotel in the future, our opinion only, lots of others will, as we felt it didn't really cater for English tourists.

Great pool good rooms good food. Very close to beach. It's a bit big!
Decent hotel and good value for money
The hotel is four stars. The staff are four stars. But for me, the food is three. There's lots of it to choose from, But a lot of the potatoes were undercooked and cold. Well most of the food was served warm. But there is a microwave for you to use. So we heated ours up. We spoke to the manager and tui rep, but the food was still only served warm. One guest I spoke to summed it up. There's a lot of different types of food, but it's hard to put a meal together. There's an area where the fish and meat are cooked in front of you. But, you will have a wait. More of it should be cooked at the same time otherwise the wait is too long. Same l in the morning. The wait for the fried eggs to be cooked was just too long. There's a big area to cook them on so why not cook lots at a time. I only had one in two weeks. I couldn't be bothered to wait. Now I'm one of the picky ones. And although I wasn't happy with the food, Two of our group was. They said it could have been served hotter, and they would have preferred not to wait so long for the food, but there was a microwave for us to use. It's still early in the season so hopefully they are still practicing. I will have to give some good points. There is a hair dryer, TV, fridge, kettle and safe in the room at no extra cost. Even WiFi is free. Also the tax is one euro a day, for a maximum of seven days. So you will only be charged seven euros even if you stayed for a month. I don't think we will be going back. But never say never, and I've known much worse.
Spent a lovely week here, lovely room and nice place to spend time. Have already booked for next year
