very nice and clean place for stay,just near Sol(centro Madrid),very friendly and helping stuff,got 24/7 front desk,they have free wifi,big screen flat tv, heater in rooms... recommanded

I will never recommend it. Good: no bedbugs. Sheets and towels were changed while our stay once. Nice receptionists, however almost non English speakers. Bad: dirty rooms and baths. You will hear everything from adjacent rooms and front door. Strange smell in room.
Nice location right in the center. Good value for the cost
So small room that you almost couldnt open the door. Walls are dirty, it smells old, the walls are probably from paper bcs you hear EVERYTHING. People around 3 oclock morning were arguing in front of the doors and nobody told them to shut up. Is in the center, but never more.
This was the worst room what I've ever seen in my entire life!the sink is in the same room without toilets!very strong pee smell!the guy didn't want to give us the money when i ask him...he said that the room's are like in photos,but no way about it!if you dont want health problems,better stay out!
It is not bad
we arrived and there was no room available for us so we were shunted to another hostel down the road. not even an apology.
Worst hostal ever,it’s not even good for one star,so old and dirty and way too much hot.
