We are in the midst of a pandemic and we are legally not allowed to travel internationally, yet this establishment will not work with us with cancellation fees. There is not offer to waive even some of the fees even though we have to cancel through no fault of our own. There is no compassion for other people, which is something I have little tolerance for in these times of great hardship for many people all around the globe. Do better!

Very friendly people running the place. Also very clean, puts some cheaper hotels to shame in this regard. You can see the people working there putting their hearts into it.
Really cute place to stay, really clean and in a great location. Close to amazing places to eat & drink.
Very friendly easy to walk around I would stay here again
The room that I booked wasn't match the one that is been gave to me, when I reported this to the reseption but the lady wasn't helpful, the option that he gave to me was to leave with no refound, I couldn't leave without my money, so she called the owner of the pension, so rude woman with the skirt, I was just being quiet because was the only way to stay in the right while they were acting unrespectfull like low social level people waving at me and my girlfriend with the finger..... Well we had to contact booking assistance and sort it with a refound. She agreed with the refound because she wanted to leave us in the street, we just went to my gf house, but I could happily sleep on the street for don't let them take advantage I'M FIGHTING FOR WHAT IS RIGHT, AND THEY WHERE WRONG, IF I'M BOOKING A ROOM I'M EXPECTING TO FIND WHAT I HAVE BOOKED NOT WHAT YOU HAVE SPARE AND YOUR RUDENESS.
Perfect rooms! Baths very clean lovely place! Totally suggest this hostel
Fantastic location, clean inside and helpful staff. Shared bathrooms (always clean) and no english pero no passa nada.
This place is grossly overpriced! Small rooms, heavy blankets even though it was 25-30. Air conditioner was ridiculously loud and made loud clicking noises. Had to turn it off otherwise couldn't fall asleep. WiFi was not working properly was disconnecting every few seconds and averaged under 1mb/s when was connected. No freedom to come and go from this place. Had to buzz to get back in. When you wanted to go tour the city you had to leave your key. The only good thing about this place was the private bathroom which was a decent size.
