This is a great hotel for 1-2 nights. We stayed for one night. The room was clean and decent. Check-in is at 1:00 but if you we arrive early they allow you to drop off your luggage. We also had a late flight the next day so after we checked out they allowed us to keep our luggage for a few hours. The staff are serious and not too friendly.

The location of the accommodation is good. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable with some signs that things were a bit dated. The facilities were basic and functional, which can be a reflection of the price point of the accommodation. However it was a bit of a challenge to look for the place as signage was not obvious at all. Additionally the staff that was at the reception lacks friendliness, enthusiasm and does not made me felt welcomed. She merely collects money, records identifications, provides room access and that's all. A little gesture of standing up from the reception seat, handing the access, a smile and saying 'enjoy your stay' to guests will even do the job better. Nevertheless, this accommodation is recommended as a place to book for a budget stay that is located at a good spot, though there might be better options available that has strategic location and similar price point.
Well located, clean and the staff is very nice and helpful
A very nice place where to stay. Everything is fine: very clean, beautiful, comfortable, well equipped (wifi, tv, coffe machine, fridge... ), staff very kind. Above all, position is perfect to visit Madrid and also for nightlife. A bit expensive.
