I needed a Covid PCR test and I do not speak any Spanish but they went to great lengths to help me with everything. I had the result in 4 hours, which is unbelievably amazing!! The staff was very friendly, I liked how they remembered your name. I wish I could give this hospital 6 stars for the service they provided me with, thank you so so much! First class service!

Do not have a baby at this hospital. The pediatric ICU is the worst. They fed my baby formula without my permission, even though I was expressing and sending milk down to them. Most of the nurses made you feel uncomfortable as if you shouldn’t be there, they don’t care about mother- baby bonding. They do everything possible to keep your baby there so they can claim the money from the insurance. Don’t bother sending an email to their “atención cliente” I already did nearly a year ago and put in a “reclamación” and have never heard a word back. If you want to complain go directly to the “ Conselleria de santidad”.

Best hospital in town. Excellent friendly assistants. Doctors do always their best. Single rooms for patients and sleeping facilities for relatives. Attending most private insurances. Do not doubt to choose it anytime.

We were there in the Emergency today. Though most people out there do not seem to speak much other languages than Spanish - we were met with humanity and professionalism. We've got help that we needed. Also worth to note that everything happened in a timely manner. Hearty thanks to all the people working there!

This used to be a better hospital, yet it seems to have suffered some cutdowns lately: less doctors less time lead to a worse attention. Health should never become a business. Making money by reducing staff is risky when people's lives and bodies are on the other side of the bargain. Food has worsened too. What a pity!
