The new system for blood tests during the pandemic is both fast and super-efficient. This is my local hospital and I'm always very impressed when I go there for specialist appointments.

Great hospital. In ER the first step is triage, so they attend patients in maximum 5 minutes to see the priorities and depending on this they will treat them later. Very good doctors and very clean facilities. Concerned and nice staff (I don’t think they are imposed to speak English, so I don’t understand people complaining about it...).

Fantastic medical team, I'm staying here right now after a major operation and the staff have been really kind and patient (no pun intended), my Spanish sucks but I have had no problem communicating and was even visited by a special staff member who deals with international patients and helps to translate things. I should also note that I'm here on social security and not a private patient, but I still have a private room that is quite big and clean.
