Pathetic ! After a 14 hr wait in Emergency, my father was admitted for congestive cardiac failure. He had pre op tests which caused him to have a CVA then, he's left in a room with minimal monitoring. No monitoring of fluid input or output, medications left on bedside table. No monitoring of neuro obs, heart or bowel movement. No regard for his progress, wellbeing or his LIFE. Qualified or registered staff (except for 2 or 3) apathetic, rude, unprofessional and arrogant and seen sitting in office, on mobile phones or talking. No infection control measures. A TOTAL DISASTER, not fit for a \so called\ developed country. 3rd world level death trap, stay away !

Patient put into dirty room with uncleaned bathroom. Staff too busy. Staff often unsympathetic and unsupportive of patients' needs, though some exceptions. Needs more staff and more empathy.

El profesional muy bueno y atento. Al menos en pediatria y maternidad, para quitarse el sombrero. Una pena que el hospital tenga aún televisores de pago y las habitaciones no tengan un manteniendo en condiciones.2

Los celadores conversando sentados, la gente pidiendo por favor ayuda para entrar a una persona en silla de ruedas y pasan de todo, entro saltando en una pierna y lo único k hicieron fue mirar, y así hasta la carpa k tienen montada. Es increíble, además tengo un video k demuestra esto. DECIR QUE TODO ESTE MAL TRAGO LO A ARREGLADO LA DOCTORA QUE ME A ATENDIDO, AMABLE, DON DE GENTE, BUEN TRATO EN FIN PARA ELLA UN 10, PARA CELADORES CERO

Respeto todas las reseñas pero os voy a contar mi caso. Mi padre entró en urgencias, le trataron fenomenal, agradezco al médico y personal de enfermería su trato... Se le diagnosticó un cáncer pulmonar con metástasis en cerebro. Se le ingresó en neumologia y el trato fue inmejorable, nos trataron con mucho mimo a la familia, explicándonos en todo momento lo que se iba a realizar, agilizando también el traslado a Madrid. Tuvimos suerte con el equipo
