To ask for an appointment for my son over the web was not possible (They did not recognized my son although I sent all documentation)so I had to make the appointment via phone... a completely a nightmare! I was waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes to be able to talk to someone...

I waited 50 minutes to get my call taken by the receptionist and it took 10 seconds for the receptionist to just say “Ah, your call is for pediatría, let me switch it to them”.
Very long waiting hours in the emergency. If you have something urgent, I recommend going someplace else. We had to wait more than 1h the last two times we came with our son.
They never answer the phone, so forced to come in person to ask for appointment. Reception are completely overworked and understaffed and therefore burntout so they are rude, impatient and gave us incorrect information, wasting another day of our time. The directors of this hospital are probably some kind of vulture hedge fund squeezing everything cent they can.
We've been to Urgencias/Traumatology 5 times with my children and 4 out of 5 times it was horrible. Badly organized, huge waiting time (last time I had to wait over 80 min even though I had a cita previa). Dr. Oriol Ferràndiz has never been nice to us, he looked like he didn't care about my daughter with her broken leg at all. There are some friendly people working but I've promised to myself to never come back again.
