Worst hospital I've ever visited.. I've been 3 times for the same thing and it's still not fixed! No compassion they treat their patients like they are a object.. If you can avoid this hospital you should!

After dislocating my shoulder I had to visit this hospitals emergency treatment dept. Although (as my wife put it) it looks like a scene from one flew over the cuckoo's nest the staff are all very friendly and helpful. They employ an interpreter (english and german) to overcome any language difficulties and after treatment I have no hesitation in saying they give great care.

We visited with my 5 year old son today, he was feeling unwell, headache and covered in spots. He was diagnosed with chicken pox, thankfully after medication he seems a little better. All staff involved were lovely and exercise English speaking, thank you for making our visit so smooth. Dawn x

Fully professional and kind staff - almost everyone speak Englisch. You have to wait a little but you get the best advice and treatments. Respect for your good job and friendly attitude.

Very rude and unhelpful, worst hospital I've ever visited .A 1 star rating is being far to generous was told your in spain so speak spanish as all the reception staff stood there laughing at the comment how this hospital hasn't been investigated is beyond me
