Beautiful place with a nice lunch menu (22/p). The wine was good but the cheese was fantastic. The fig dessert was out of this world!!

We were in low season so the restaurant was closed but the tasting room/store is operational within the hours stated on google/their website. We were accepted kindly by Andrea (not sure the spelling), who helped us taste 6 of their delicious cheeses and 2 wines, watched a great video about cheese production and viewed the cheese-aging room, the bodega and the cheese factory. Definitely recommend a stop here.

Oh dear.. poor Anne-Kirsten obviously didn't do her research into the opening times. Hort San Patrici is not only an idyllic location, so serene and peaceful, but also a lovely hotel with the most delicious 3 course meal (this coming from a foodie with high standards and who is pretty particular with food). Staff were excellent, ate the most delicious grilled calamari and mussels, and the wines (I tried the white, rose and red (merlot with a decadent nose) and great views along with it. Can't ask for more (for 27 - 3 course). We did not do the tasting as tasting hours (as stated very clearly on google, their website and sign at entrance state) are up until 1pm and from 4pm (more limited at weekends as it's a hotel), but the restaurant is open throughout the day.
