My stay with HC was fantastic. I looked at many of their properties to find the perfect home for a 9 month stay & all were beautifully furnished with attention to every detail. Sandra initially assisted & has great knowledge of most of the properties, she was attentive, efficient & kind, I also worked with Stefania who has the same qualities! I highly recommend if you are looking for a fashionable apt. where you won't have to think of anything they do it all for you.

The whole process was easy and smooth. The house we found is exactly what we were looking for. Also, I must say that all the staff, from the people who showed us the houses to the person in charge of the documents and payments, were extremely nice and helpful with us. Overall a very good service.

Our experience has been a complete nightmare! 10 days with basically no wifi, that has been extremely frustrating because I was not able to work. A broken bed, my back has been killing me! a stove we couldn't use because it only works with a specific type of pan we didn't have in the apartment so we were just ordering in. The AC system doesn't work properly. I have sent about 4 emails, including one at 4am because I can't even sleep here because of how uncomfortable everything is and the noise the AC is making, and they just NEVER RESPOND. The apartment is NOT what the photos show, the only good thing is the location. My mother and father will be posting their reviews and will share photos. I cannot wait to leave this apartment, this is a complete lack of respect and consideration.

Home Club exceeded my expectation. Nicole, thank you from the bottom of my heart... for all your effort, patience and professional behaviour. As well, thank you Sandra for stepping in when it was necessary, and not to wrongly spell the names of two agents that came to show us the apartments... They were lovely too. I am so happy with everything. I give you all 10/10! From getting the contract, having everything digitilised through apps, providing keys in extremely short notice... all this achieved in just a couple of hours. Truly amazing! Thank you for making my permanent move to Madrid one of the best decisions I ever made so far. Recommend you with my heart ️

My stay in Madrid was excellent. The flat was in a great location which was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were really helpful at understanding my poor Spanish. I hope to come back for a holiday in Madrid soon as I was traveling for work.

Homeclub is the best option to find an apartment in Spain. We had THE BEST experience with them. The service is excellent. Everyone there is always ready to help. The best part is that they have a great array of options; their apartments are beautifully decorated, clean and it’s great for long stays because the payment method is so easy to use and transparent. Definitely the best company for monthly renting.
