Mother in law bought a walker here. As soon as any weight was put on the seat, both wheels broke off! Fortunately there was no injury... Could have been much worse. We took it back to them and heard nothing from them for a week. We had to go back in there to be told they were waiting for the supplier to confirm if it was covered under warranty! Said he would try and call me back that day, didn't. If the wheels breaking off after a week isn't covered under warranty, I can't imagine what is!
