It is small elegant restaurant with an amazing chef. I have been there a coıuple of times and everything on the menu tastes amazing. It is a Michelin star restaurant. You are trully eating a combination of food that you have never tasted before. It is experimental but ina super nice and balanced way. I will keep going to taste their new tasting menus.

Perfect tasting experience... a night to remember. Tasting menu with matching wines. Heavy on the white wine, but very recommendable

Hisop has stayed as a 1- starred restaurant for quite some years now. Using a lot of local ingredients in the food from Catalonia and quite a few of the wine are also using local grapes. Very good value for money - just about 100 Euros including the wine pairing !

Everything was absolutely perfect, each and every dish was executed with masterful precision and paired with an amazing wine. Our server was extremely helpful with explaining and identifying the ingredients. My group and I were beyond happy at the end of our experience and well worth the 4000miles it took to get there. Thank you very much for the experience we went forget it.

Food and wine is five star, service is more like four, again, this is Spain and in my case I do enjoy friendlier and but more casual professionals, cause waiters did remain professionals, but it might come as unexpected to more traditional Michelin star restaurants goers. Enjoyed it truely, and recommend it.
