I rented a car , pickup originally at 1800. But I has to change to 2200. Which I did with the according link in the mail. And I tried to call the help number 2 x and no answer, only music and telling me that I'm on the waiting list...Nobody told me that at this time the office would be closed. So I only will be able to pìck up the car next morning at 0900. I called when I made the change of pickup hour...but nobody took the phone.....and this morning, at 0900 Hertz told me they can't give me the car, because its a prepaid rent via DoYouSPain. NO chance again to talk to anybody from DoYouSpain by phone...2 x waiting standby for 15 minutes and only music....Sorry ...but very bad!!

Gave us a downgrade. Totally disappointed!!!
Went there and it was closed. No information was listed on google and although the person at the hotel reception was nice he could no tell us as to why the hertz office was closed
Несколько раз арендовывали здесь машины для друзей по хорошим ценам. Выгоднее заказывать через интернет заранее. Желательно перед поездкой к ним уточнить наличие той или иной машины, потому что автомобиля нужного класса может не оказаться. Приветливый персонал, компания добросовестная.

yo alquile un coche hace un mes, a la entrega me dijeron que estaba todo bien y cual fue mi sorpresa cuando luego veo un cargo de combustible y repostaje de 30 en mi tarjeta. han reconocido que es un error pero llevo un mes con la reclamación puesta y no me devuelven nada a pesar de numerosas llamadas al departamento de atención al cliente, me parece una estafa...
Pessima atencion al cliente. Cancelaron una reserva de alquiler profesional sin previo aviso y sin poder dar una solucion. No tenían las hojas de reclamacion reglamentarias y no me podian devolver el dinero en el momento. No recomiendo esta oficina. Terrible experiencia.
