Too bad, Google doesn't allow a 0 star rating, because this firm is not only the worst accounting firm I have ever dealt with (7 in 2 continents) but represents the epitome of unprofessionalism and lack of understanding of the client-vendor relationship. In 30 years of doing business, I had never encountered a supplier that consistently missed deadlines and over-billed (automatically taken out of the bank account!) but to have someone submit documentation to relevant government authorities on my behalf without my review or approval and after explicit instructions not to do so, certainly rang some major alarm bells. In lieu of the above and potential issues with the tax agency due to substandard accounting work, as well as an escalating loss of income caused by those missed deadlines, we terminated our relationship with this firm. Over a month later, despite multiple requests and even the suggestion that we are being forced to file an injunction and commence legal action for damages, our new accounting/legal firm still does not have possession of our digitized accounting file. I strongly recommend to stay away from this company and I question its 4.8 star rating on Facebook which I was unable to view, let alone add another review. But you make your own judgement whether you want to work with this company.
