Stayed in the Halo Boutique for a week in September. The hotel is in an excellent location. Well placed for exploring the old town, as well as the cathedral and surrounding areas. The rooms are lovely and the bathrooms are exceptional, with jacuzzi baths, with lights! All staff speak excellent English. There is a nice roof terrace with a very small pool, that does offer respite from the sun. There is no bar in the hotel, so when a drink is ordered the hotel call a local restaurant to get the drinks. There is a breakfast buffet, but no other food can be purchased in the hotel. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the noise at night. A rubbish truck collects rubbish 4/5 nights a week, at 2am! Waking up tired really took away from such a lovely hotel. If you are planning on staying in this hotel, I would suggest asking for a room that does not face out to the street.

A friendly and warm Welcome at a beautifully designed and quiet hotel in the heart of the old town of Seville. We speant four nights here in Late September and the Halo provided an excellent base for visiting the amazing city of Seville.

Even though the hotel owns 4 stars we didn't experience this feeling! The rooms are spacious and clean only on the surface, underneath the bed you could find enough dust and broken glasses (God knows where from)! The pipes of our sink in the bathroom were blocked and they only fixed it after asking three times and the 5th day of our accommodation!!! The mini bar had only two colas and two orange juices - surprisingly no water for a city with 40 degrees in the summer!!!

New built hotel in the city center with a nice terrace and swimming pool, the room is spacious and perfectly clean with a huge bed, the staff is really helpful and nice. Definitely recommend.

We stayed in the apartment connected to Halo. Very friendly staff. This hotel is close to nearly every attraction in Seville center. By foot. In 20 minutes you reach also the shopping streets. Breakfast lounge is calm and elegant with all you can ask for. Also gluten-free alternatives. The apartment was in the neighbor building. Parking in parking house, 10 minutes walk. You can’t park at the hotel. Narrow streets

We stayed and experienced one of the worst staying in a 4 stars hotel. We travel often and we have experienced all type of hotels, between b&b and 5 stars hotel. We are staying in Marbella and wanted to visit Seville, so we decided to go for this hotel for the central position. We had booked on booking for 1night only (thanks God!). The shower was leaking water and we had water all over the sink, on my beauty.. phone. Disaster!!! We went to talk to the reception and the receptionist told us he could give us towels (which he put in the toilette for us). Totally unhelpful, he didn’t offer to change the room he only said “the handyman will attend tomorrow at 7am” (when we would suppose to sleep by that time, it’s not our property we should set up an alarm to open the door to an handyman at a 4stars hotel!). Of course we refuse it! We went for a breakfast (time 9.40 and the breakfast is until 10.30!) the following day (20 each!) and the buffet was empty, no bread, no croissant no milk, nobody was filling up the tables and clients were obv complaining. The staff at the buffet were grumpy and chewing the gum (which I find it really gross into a work environment!). They came to tell us the buffet was closing at 10.25 (5mins earlier as they were obv not into serving clients!). We left and spoke to the hotel director, who was totally unhelpful reflecting is member of staff, plus he was only able to tell us it’s never happened before (how would it help us?). Plus he offered us a breakfast when it was nearly lunch time and again how would it solve the inconvenient ? He didn’t even know how to deal with this problem. A 4 stars hotel is the whole experience, it’s not just a well decorated building (it should work also!). Anyway if you want professionalism, a well working bath and a good breakfast do NOT go there. Horrible experience, Never Ever again!

Very good service, a lot of attention to detail. We had a hand written note to welcome us to the hotel. The roof top terrace has a small pool, but a nice view to the cathedral. And they served complimentary cava at sunset. The breakfast was also good, although the coffee drinks could be better. There is no parking, but on the upside, the hotel is at a great location for taking walks, with lots of restaurants and shops around. Would definitely come back!

This newish hotel completely lacks charm and ambience. It is well located, but inside the hotel, it is cold and without personality. The lobby area, dining area and pool area are sterile. As well, the noise from the street is unbearable. We wish we had gone elsewhere in the historic center.
