When you buy something, make sure you request your receipt and not a \gift receipt\ as this is totally worthless if you need a refund. The gift receipt will not be refunded in the same method it was paid, it will only be refunded into a gift card to use in their shops with a expiry date. Very bad service especially when is visited by many tourist that aren't aware of this. Be careful, if you mention the purchase is a.gift, they will produce a gift receipt that isn't worth anything. I wouldn't recommend buying from them again as they were totally inflexible in their own rules. Very disappointed.
