The parasailing experience itself was great - well managed, safe and fun. However the boat captain was incredibly rude to the family on the trip because their kid became too scared to parasail. He just went from zero to shouting at them so quickly. Poor people. Really unnecessary and rude. A shame because otherwise great.

we went for the sunset in Valencia. Both departure and return were perfectly in time. The staff was very friendly and the boat comfortable. I made the reservation in the internet and worked quite well too. One minor "minus", I called several times on Sunday and nobody picked the phone up. I believe such company offering leisure trips Mon-Sun should be reachable everyday.

It was nice to enjoy the sunset, but crew could have made the trip more enjoyable. No real welcome, no introduction and ship turned around 2 minutes before sun was down. Also no one bothered to tell us to protect cameras etc against waves.

We did the 2 hours trip in Calpe with a swim, and we had a wonderful relaxing time! The staff are fantastic, really friendly. We have done this twice, and fully recommend it!

The excursion is a fraud. We had a chance of buying the tickets for one of the excursions that Mundo Marino offers. It was a fraud. First of all, in the description of the trip it says that "we were going to visit some caves and capes along the javea coast". We never got closer to do that. They just sailed around the coast, so far from the caves that we didn't even realized that those were caves. They didn't explain anything about we were looking at. They just sail back and forward and that was it. We swam for about 15min in the middle of nowhere. They didn't advice where we could to the snorkel, it was more like:jump, swim a bit and let's go back.

We went on catamaran for the short trip Denia-Javea. It was a very nice experience. Very good boat and crew! Recommended!

Our family took the 5-hour "A day at the sea" tour from Altea. This trip is really a recommendation. Time was passing so quickly. Enjoyed everything, sailing and cruising, taking a bath and diving and last but not least the lunch in-between.
