Hi, We had a pleasant experience with this agency. We viewed an apartment that we liked where everything was well explained. We decided not to take the flat in the because we decided to look for a different flat but we were treated with kindness and respect. I am sure that If the agency has a new apartment we will stay in touch with them. I recommend this agency to everyone!

I wish every real estate agency would be as transparent as this agency. They accommodated us so well so they deserve a good review. Since I just had a bad experience with another real estate agency in Barcelona, I was traumatized about dealing with agency again. But David was too nice to show us the apartment twice (without asking for deposit to view it just like our previous experience!) and the agent whom we spoke to (I forgot her name) clearly explained all the conditions about the apartment that we are interested. She told us the pros and cons and made us decide for ourselves before signing anything. She doesn't speak English but she tried her best to be understood in every possible way. She even gave us helpful inputs that made us understood what was never explained to us by other agency. Even though we didn't end up as their client but we felt we were treated more than a client! This company earned my respect! Thank You!:)
This company is very reluctant to help its tenants. They are almost impossible to reach by phone and my emails have never been answered. All defects on your house you have to pay for it yourself, otherwise they will not help. It is a pity, but there is not need to deal with customers this way. Personally I think there intention is not bad, but they simply do not have the professionalism to run such a business. I hope they will improve.
I had a very bad experience when trying to rent my apartment thru finques grau. They were only interested in making money and adding extra costs and services. They have a very \I'm better than you\ attitude. Insainly difficult to communicate with. Only emails and that's it. As a client you don't even get a direct phone to your contact. Everyone is different but I wouldn't recommend them.
No pongo menos valoración porque no se puede ... Estan incumpliendo la normativa actual, pidiendo gastos más ibi por margen de 300 euros... al teléfono ni si saben cuánto hace que tienen un piso el alquiler e intentan vendértelo como nuevo ... por supuesto sin conocerte te menosprecian ... Mano dura con los agentes inmobiliarios de esta agencia que se creen por encima de la personas. Parece ser que la crisis del 2011 nos les enseñó nada !! Faltan profesionales no usureros. Cuando quiera le envío el registro telefónico, si así responden como no me consta como cliente... Vaya agencia... le recuerdo que la Generalitat ya ha empezado a sancionar hoy. Estén atentos.
