If you are staying in the hotel then perhaps it’s convenient to use the spa. But if you aren’t, don’t bother. We have had a promotional package circuito and trust me it’s not worth any other money. 3 of biothermical showers, didn’t work- the water was freezing cold, when I told to receptionist she told us to wait for water to get warmer and never did. No one was using it as it was super cold. Also Turkish sauna was out of service, so we were left with a little jacuzzi which can fit max 5 people, touching each other’s feet; finish sauna and 2 biotermichal showers; on the website it says relaxing area with the juice- we got tea instead; also the fitting room had a space only for two people with no bodysoap, only soap for hands. No towels either, receptionist had to call hotel for us. We made ourselves to enjoy as we see already inside and changed, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Receptionist could tell us that half of spa is out of order. Felt cheated. Massage was nice but the whole for head is worn out and made marks on my face, close to scar- if you go, ask for extra towel for the face. As per website, it says; included in the package if without massage): Includes: Relaxing spa with lumbar and bubble jets, bithermal nebulized sunloungers with chromotherapy, bithermal Scottish sunchairs with chromotherapy, multi-sensorial bithermal sunchairs with chromotherapy, aromatherapy shower, boulder corridor with sensory bithermal massages (foot bath), jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, Cryotherapy, relaxation room with juice. Instead we got only: 2 working sensory bithermal massages (contrast shower with hot/cold water) Jacuzzi Sauna Relaxation room with tea (which is literally seating area to drink tea) That all you get... and massage if you take different package.

Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, el ambiente es suuuuper húmedo y caliente, la cabina de masajes es muy cutre con una luz que no incita a la relajación, además no está insonorizada y se escuchan muchísimo las voces de fuera y el ruido por lo que me ha costado mucho relajarme y empezar a disfrutar del masaje. Al menos la chica que me ha atendido me ha dado un buen servicio y ha sido muy agradable, aunque el aceito utilizado para mi gusto era demasiado denso.

Lo recomiendo!! Fui en septiembre. No entiendo algunos comentarios casi no me decido a venir por eso y ha sido una experiencia muy positiva desde el circuito con spa/ jacuzzi hasta el masaje. Repitiría con mi pareja apenas pase todo esto, además cogí una buena oferta. Normas de higiene correctas. El circuito de chorros lumbares un 10!! Una atención excelente.

Todo en general muy bien, agradable personal y habitación excelente.Solo poner una pega se escucha muchísimo el ruido de la calle y a las 1:30 de la mañana se ecuchaba tirar de carritos como de basura por la acera de adoquines y el ruido tan fuerte que te despierta y no es está vez sola he leído algún comentario de este tipo.Y si en el baño hubiese un peine aparte de la pastilla de jabón me hubiese venido bien se nos olvidó y no nos preocupó pensádo que en todos los hoteles que vamos siempre hay pero aquí no.

He ido con un amigo y nos ha parecido una experiencia genial. ¡Fui con una contractura en un gemelo y a la mañana siguiente ya no estaba! El sistema de duchas escocesas es genial, y la verdad es que ambos salimos encantados. ¡Volveremos!

Las habitaciones muy limpias y comodas , la piscina un timo es enana y hay poco sitio la terraza y la piscina la cierran a las 11 de la noche

Es muy pequeño, pero sales completamente relajado. Muy buen trato de todo el personal. Repetiré sin duda.
