Absolutely the worst hospital ever. No respect for patient information, no respect for rules and regulations, and especially no respect for the covid social distancing norms. If you want to waste your time and put your life at risk definitely recommend this place. If you're feeling suicidal then this is the spot.

God forbid you have an emergency, broken limb, nicked arterial vein, or, as in the case of our 2 year old daughter today, a dislocated forearm. She was in extreme pain and as we entered reception, we got a grunt from the receptionist to go downstairs. We didn’t know where to go and when we got downstairs, a very kind Spanish patient waiting in the longest queue said we have to register there, but go upstairs afterwards to go to the pediatric unit. Because the registration queue was out the door and the waiting room full downstairs, we went upstairs to try and communicate with the receptionist again. She wasn’t interested and maintained mum. No English. Zipped lips. Another Spanish patient in the reception upstairs tried to help us, but said we’d wait for hours for treatment. Save yourself the anguish of treatment at this dreadful private establishment. Go to a public hospital, where I’m sure there would be adequate, prompt treatment for emergencies. No stars.

Pues vengo con una gran infección, en primer lugar me sacan tres veces sangre y dos de ellas me dicen que el resultado es erróneo que no funciona la máquina de hemogramas de laboratorio, mientras yo esperando en observación donde nos mezclaban a todos tanto pacientes covid como no, es más el que estaba en la cama justo al lado mío había dado positivo en covid , se lo digo a la enfermera y me dice que opina como yo pero que no hay mas medios ni sitio donde poder separarlos, es una vergüenza que un hospital privado trate así a los pacientes.

Gracias en general por el gran servicio prestado siempre que vamos mi familia y yo, es un placer poder sentir esa amabilidad con la que te atienden. En especial al área del laboratorio , que sin duda siempre te entienden con gran simpatía. Gracias !
