Unprofessional and immature. I have had a lot of dental work done in my life and the work done by Sanitas is the worst. I have never had problems with fillings until i went to Sanitas. I had 2 fillings done and both have moved and developed holes. Last time i went, a group of young female students wasted my time in a half hour appointment, taking x-rays and talking about my teeth when all i needed was a filling. 'Oh we can't do it today' they said. I was seen by 3 different 'dentists' on that day. Each looking into my mouth. They were all in the other room hanging out, chatting and not working. Total waste of time and money. Totally unprofessional and incompetent. DO NOT GO TO SANITAS.

I cracked a molar on a nut. My insurance (Sanitas) sent me to this place because one of the dentists speaks passable English (and all are very forgiving of my bad Spanish). I needed the molar extracted and an implant put in, and between my insurer (Sanitas) and the doctor they worked me in fairly quickly. From the beginning, they have all been wonderful, kind, and most importantly, effective. The staff at the front greet me each time and are helpful. They were patient with my Spanish (even laughed at some of my jokes in bad Spanish). The doctor had to cancel my appointment due to a family emergency, but they gave me something for my pain till the doctor could see me next opportunity. When I did have the procedure (yesterday), the staff was again very kind. The doctor was fantastic and did everything she could to minimize discomfort, giving me extra numbing (and an icepack for my jaw to take home). Finally, the office manager, Estrella, explained everything to us about the costs, even finding ways for us to pay less with available discounts. I'm not done yet with the whole procedure, but so far Milenium Dental has been great and I have already recommended them to others.

Mi experiencia horrible!!! Esperando un reembolso más de un 1 año y la directora jamás se tomó la molestia de responder aún que sea un email de los cuantos que le he enviado. Eso sí me han pedido todos los papeles uno, luego otro y el siguiente osea les envié todo, de ahí nunca me respondieron. Fatal la verdad

Doy el mínimo de puntuación, debido a que mi descontento es enorme ya que fui a revisión y me dijeron que tenía una caries. Fui a un simple empaste y una vez que empieza me dice que me ha llegado al nervio. Llevo tres meses con la muela sin terminar y la boca fatal. La primera vez tenían rota la maquina de radiografías (por eso no vio que no era una simple caries) la segunda se le rompió la maquina con la que realizaba el trabajo (no llamó para cancelar la cita y fui para nada). Además, entre cita y cita 15 días o un mes por las vacaciones. No pienso terminar el trabajo allí, ni volver a ir. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Muy buen trato, puntualidad y profesionalidad por parte de los trabajadores en los distintos tratamientos recibidos y por parte de la directora que muestra además una cercanía y claridad en las explicaciones que se agradecen y por supuesto en todo momento se han respetado todas las medidas de seguridad anti-covid.
