I was looking for a special gravel bike and found it on eatsleepcycle.com. Throughout the order, we had contact via e-mail where they responded quickly and kindly. You can also call them. I sent my body data to them so that the size was right and it worked very well. They were very accommodating and helpful with all my questions and requests. I was able to buy extra parts and change the specifications of my bike. The whole bike was very well packed and the transport went excellently. A huge thank you to Chris and the rest of the team at Eat Sleep Cycle. My new bike was sent out to Dubai, UAE by DHL. It arrived quickly, well packed and with all the fiddly assembly bits already done. The communication throughout the process was great. I would most definitely consider buying again from you again when the time comes.
I have had the great luck of cycling many destinations, and have been in hundreds of bike shops globally. Let me put this very simply, this is the best, most knowledgeable, professional shop I have EVER been in! No pressure, spends all the time you need to making a decision, but most importantly does not try to oversell you and wants you to be happy at ALL times!
