I know the stuff very well. Very friendly and helpful. Recently I changed battery on my super cool Polo and a few days later came to diagnostics with some other issues. Which were solved later on but during which I found out that the service man did not reprogram the computer for the new battery which is unprofessional from their side. I also encountered a situation when I had to go to Barcelona VW to fix my driving wheel since I was not at all satisfied with what they did after a classical sidewalk hit. I have suspicion that they sometimes just don't want to do the job right and just say that they did all they can. Hope managers will see this review.
