Perfect location, good facilities. Clean and well stocked with domestic conveniences. We would recommend to friends and family and would gladly stay again.

One star for polite check in staff. One star for the great location. And that’s being generous. Apartment does not match the cleanliness or quality level of the photos. It needs a good scrubbing or at the very least for the floor to be swept and the bathroom cleaned. Not that it would have made any difference with the shower flooding after each use. Beware the scalding hot water. Do not touch the left side of the shower faucet. It will seriously burn you. Cheap, scratchy towels and sheets are what you’ll find covering the cardboard mattress with a paper thin pillow. The walls are only slightly thicker and expect to hear EVERYTHING the neighbors get up to in the night and early morning including (but not limited to): using the toilet, flushing the toilet, coughing, singling, making “love” repeatedly (good for them, except for the shrieking), crying babies, arguing (more shrieking), slamming of apartment doors, slamming of the front door, slamming of some giant industrial door that rattles the whole building and finally, the constant high-pitched electrical beeping emanating from the some unknown location. Other English-speaking guests are too self-centered to realize that their door as well as the front door can be closed gently and that when they talk on their cellphones in the hallway on the way home from the bar, everyone can hear them. To summarize, myself and my two other roommates would have had a better stay in our car. Too expensive for four days of zero sleep and constant annoyances. Should I mention that the neighborhood pretty much hates tourists? Can’t blame them really. Next time, the Ibis.
Excellent location for exploring Girona on foot and the price is great. The cleanliness, however, was questionable. We spent an hour killing flies and there was moldy water all over the bathroom floor.
Great flats at a very good rate. Staff is so helpful.
The location is fine but the place itself hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time. Perhaps a quick wipe was done each time someone left but there were streaks of black and brown dirt throughout the entire place.
