Typically turist trap! We asked for what seller would recommend the cable car nature reserve. We bought that for 7 persons 212 at 12:42 o'clock, and the seller not telling us, that we would need the most of the day, to visit all. Besides of that, we waited for the bus for 30 minutes and again 30 minutes at the base station to get to the top. In practice, we had to choose to walk down! and walk to the border line (we had paid for that), to see and visit what we had paid for. MY recommendation: #1 pay only for the cable car, so that one avoids the big queue at the base station very important! #2 have enough time - I think the trip we paid for, would take at least from 10:00 to 17:00 The experience with the cable car and the visit to the top and the surroundings are incredible

Shocking. Bought two tickets at 9.44am on 2/4/18. The taxi to the cable car had not started yet so we walked. After we had finished with the cable car we waited for the lift back to the border. The driver arrived and said our ticket was not valid despite showing it to him. He said that he has not see us before so he will not take us despite having a valid ticket! Do not waste your time or money with this company. POOR service and they care charging for what they or their staff are unwilling to provide! I will be sharing this on social media! Take a taxi cab or walk. 10 Euro for the taxi (max), will still be cheaper than this company!

Easy to go straight to the cable car. Shuttle is every 30mins. Also pay attention: they charge you for a media stuff which is just an access to Wi-Fi. And they don't even ask you for that.

They don’t accept payment in pounds, only in euros with a 15% markup. Better buy online, you don’t have to print the tickets, pdf on your phone is enough.

The cable car return ticket costs 15.5. If you want to walk around the nature reserve , the walkers ticket cost is 5. And the cable car nature reserve ticket: 25.5
