Service was very quick an excellent and all three ladies were very polite, helpful, great service to get the new TIE card. Hope the Spanish get the same great service in the UK.
I have been there twice, once for NIE, second for Residencia. On both occasions I was treated very well and professionally. Their process is very simple, know what you want, get an appointment, supply all the required paperwork. Then get processed ASAP. If you can’t speak Spanish, make sure you’re accompanied by a translator. I find all the staff very professional, accommodating and friendly.
