I had the pleasure to work with Stuart Weeks last October. I had lots of problems finding a bank who would grant me a mortgage as I do not live in Spain anymore but in the Middle East. I cannot praise this company highly enough. I wanted to buy a property in Spain and from opening advice to completion this company was excellent. I received realistic and practical advice right from the beginning. The part that makes this company exceptional is that when two property purchases fell through (due to land planning issues) I received regular contact to keep me up to date with what was going on but importantly the company genuinely cared about my well being throughout a very stressful period. Julian and Eva went above and beyond to guide me through the complicated Spanish systems and make sure that my long term security was protected by ensuring everything was within regulation. They genuinely felt like friends taking care of me. I really don't know what I would have done without them.

I have had a great experience with this company. From day one Judith has been so helpful, informative and efficient. I was in a bit of a panic as I had some problems with my mortgage with the bank I was with. Yet as soon as I spoke with Judith, I felt much more confident about my mortgage and I was happy with her regular daily updates. She helped me get a great mortgage rate with a different bank. Eva was also fantastic and put a lot of effort in to making sure I was able to sign for my house as soon as possible and on the day that suited me the best.
